Rental Guidelines

U-Cart Rentals by Sonomarin

Reservations

  • We recommend making morning reservations: Monday-Friday, 7:30-8AM; Saturday, 8:30-9AM.
  • If you don’t pick up a reserved cart within the allotted time, we will offer it to the next available customer.
  • After the morning reservation window, we rent U-Cart trailers on a first-come, first-served basis.

Vehicle Requirements

  • Full-size ¾ ton or larger vehicle required to haul our U-Cart trailers.
  • Class III/IV hitch assembly with 2″ ball and 6,000 lb rating.
  • No bumper hitches allowed.

Trailer Cleaning

  • Trailer must be cleaned inside and out after use. A $200 cleaning fee applies if not done.
  • Unreturned trailer caps cost $125 each.

Usage

  • Customers have 2 hours per trip before returning the cart. Overtime is $50 per 1/2 hour.

  • Concrete pricing includes concrete trailer rental.
  • Keep the cart spinning and returned to the down position.
  • Customer is responsible for any damages to the cart once it leaves the yard.
  • Our team is available to provide guidance on best practices for using and maintaining the cart during your rental period.
